Overall responsibilities/Job Description Maintaining all books of accounts like ledger, cash book, bank book, journals purchase and sales, fund flow and cash flow statement. Client Invoice Generation. Prepare financial statement and other reports to summarize monthly receivables and payables. Coordinating with CA for Balance Sheet and Filing returns related to GST, Professional tax, TDS Return. Also, Return filing. Maintaining daily payment vouchers and receipts. ERP Management and Entry. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment. Cash Withdrawals & Cash Maintenance. Monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet and P&L items. Provide insights for Cost Control. Maintenance of FA & Insurances, & other Statutory Compliances. Planning and Managing Treasury for the Company. Bank coordination & Fund Management. Monthly or as on basis MIS Generation. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2-5 years experience in Finance & Accounts. Expertise in MS office. Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software. Good communication skills. Knowledge of Taxation (TDS, GST, VAT and Other Cess/Taxes). Shall have filled at least 2-3 returns till date on GST Portal. Good experience of account receivables and payable analysis. Degree in accounting discipline required (B.Com/M.Com, ICWA). Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Preferably female candidate. Preferably staying in South Delhi.
