Overview
Handle walk-in customers at our Marketing office . Making presentations to them regarding the project
Educate brokers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Identification of new channel partners and reinforcement of old partners.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to promote companys product and services.
Contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement
Assisting with promotional activities
Coordinate/Execute market research to identify benchmarks/ranges of leasing/sales policy
Support management in identify/ short listing leads for sales.
Support management in documentation pertaining to both functions
Filing and maintaining reports / records
Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
