Maintaining records & data in computer & handling queries.
-To take steps for improving coordination among the team.
-Taking care of employees needs & fulfill their requirements with my best service.
-Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
-Leaves and Attendance Management.
-Joining formalities.
-Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected, complete the documentation.
