Requirements:- -Proven branch management experience -Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices -Ability to meet sales targets and goals -Familiarity with industry?s rules and regulations -Excellent organizational skills -Results driven and customer focused -Leadership and human resources management skills Responsibilities:- -Accountable for achieving individual and team -Support in marketing activities for lead generation -Counseling prospective clients for client retention targets -Recruitment and training of consultants -Resolving all issues raised by clients by coordinating with the corporate office -Punctual and accurate preparation and submission of MIS -Handling queries and convincing clients -Reporting and Analysis: Maintenance of Trackers / Databases to update Management on the status of clients. -To do in-depth study about services being offered & suggest changes and tweaking to drive business -Employee development and Performance management of my team Plan, organize, direct and control the process flow in the department. -Resolve problems that arise, such client escalations during the phase of file processing and addresses their grievances with suitable solutions. -Implementing new ideas to streamline the process and trying best to have zero errors. -Helping juniors in solving the escalations and personally handling client walk-ins and solve queries. -Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure the smooth process. -Job Location: Chennai -Pay: Salary+Incentives
