Planning and starting of new batches Counseling the students for respective course Filling up batches as per the target set Visiting schools, colleges, dance academies. Generating database and making cold calls Answering walk-in queries Operations Supervision of students database and ensuring its effective usage Every day feedback of the calls answered Briefing and follow up with Sales Team and Instructors Giving out poster & flyers to various colleges, schools, corporate and workshops Compiling of the database Updating Enquiries Sheet Administration & Logistics Collecting fees Following up on the payment Planning and coordinating for various in-house events 1) Calling potential clients to fill up course batches as per targets* set by the management 2) Maintaining call logs and daily reporting/feedback for calls 3) Conducting other communication strategies to fill batches, such as WhatsApp Broadcast lists, etc.
