Responsibilities: The Study/Project Coordinator/Manager will be responsible to coordinate and implement the study, to monitor study staff and study progress, engage with key stakeholders at the district level, develop and maintain required study/project documentation, and submit necessary reports as per the requirement. The Study Coordinator must be based in Pune for the duration of the project. Location : Pune Specifications: MBBS with research experience. MD (any discipline) preferable. Excellent skills in writing/documentation Excellent planning, facilitation, presentation and monitoring skills Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills Fluency in English and Marathi (spoken and written) Knowledge of good clinical practice and ethical guidelines in biomedical research will be an added advantage. Professional/personal Competencies: Ability to work long hours, under pressure, with minimal supervision Willingness to abide by rules and regulations of organisation.
