We have a urgent basis of requirement of Branch Managers for our Cochin,Nagpur,Jaipur,Ahmedabad,Baroda,Hyderabad,Chennai,Banglore,Selem,Trivandrum Branches.
Ours is a RBI registered NBFC engaged in the business of secured lending to SMEs and MSMEs.
Position: Branch Manager
Salary: 25,000.00 /month
Job description : Doing heavy cold callings, Getting New Leads, closing sales, completing documents formalities for loan, Promoting Sales, Achieving the targets, Daily reporting of the sales achieved.
Position:- Branch Manager
1) Meet or exceed all business targets (Sales, manpower & productivity) with a team of 10- 12 Manager of Agency 's.
2) Maximize sales & drive business growth by delivering initiatives & promotion programs & providing targeted support to the team.
3) Ensure clear targets & effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy & support to the team; coaching & mentoring for agency leader development; effectively manging & monitoring poor sales performance & non compliance & taking disciplinary action when necessary.
4) Branch profitability : Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against bugdet of controllable cost items.
5) Doing heavy cold callings, Getting New Leads, closing sales, completing documents formalities for loan, Promoting Sales, Achieving the targets, Daily reporting of the sales achieved.6)Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Man-management role.
