Overview
Primary responsibility would be to assist our customers in fixing technical/non-technical issues, queries over phone, chat & email.
Maintain existing customer relationships
Find new customers
Manage company social media accounts
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (9.00AM- 5.00PM, 5.00PM - 1.00AM & 1.00AM - 9.00AM)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Skills:
1. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in the English
2. Willingness to study and execute
3. Problem-solving & Decision Making
4. Basic computer (MS Office) knowledge.
