Overview
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
- Search resumes in various available Job Portals
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
- Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement
- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
- Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placement.
- Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
