Qualifications & Experience: Masters in Child development,Child psychology,early childhood care and education,social work or social science with good academic record. At least 2 years of research/teaching experience in the area of early childhood. In case the candidate has an M.Phil/Ph.D.,the same may be relaxed by 1 year. Fresher may also apply. Experience in the field of early language & literacy would be preferred. Should have good analytical,writing skills and good communication skills and able to prepare and write reports.
