Job Description for Franchise Store Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Should be able to manage store, customer inquiries, product display & a team of staff.
-Day to day reporting.
-Maintaining Store Hygiene and Discipline.
-Staff Management.
-To improve daily operational standards and customer service standards.
-To ensure that all staff fully implements the company policy and procedures.
-To ensure the updation of all documents, registers and reports.
-Billing & handling cash.
-Work on Store Displays.
-Stock Maintenance.
-Organize and distribute Staff Schedules.
-Creating Order Sheets and Documentation.
-Interact with the customers on the floor & assist them pleasantly.
-Send Daily Sales Report.
-Responsible for all store related activities.
-Revenue Development.
-Ensuring safety and security.
-Manage Store expenses are as per plan.
-Provide suggestions / feedback to improve store productivity.
-Ensure that attrition issues (planned & unplanned) are escalated for timely resolution.
Requirement
Experience : 1 2 years
Qualification : Minimum graduate
Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
CTC : 2 3 Lpa
Localites for every location preferred.
