This is a multi-pronged position, whose primary role is to build and strengthen AESs market position as one of the leading alternative education and corporate coaching facilities available in Mumbai. Under this umbrella, responsibilities include but are not limited to researching and evaluating existing business strategies including present day sustainability trends, formulating end to end sales solutions for future strategies, daily communication and outreach to clients for business expansion, nurturing existing client relationships, handling & closing high value sales, and identifying areas of improvements in service execution. The Business Development Manager will work together with the founders of AES to determine & problem-solve the steps necessary to develop AES into a local & global example for permaculture & sustainable living educational programs.
