Overview
You will work as a tour leader/tour manager for a group of 20-30 senior citizens on domestic and international tours.
You must be dedicated and hard working person who likes interacting with strangers of age 50+ and can be responsible for their well - being.
Willingness and physically fit to travel minimum 20 days a month.
Minimum 2+ years experience as Tour Manager for family/mixed group of 20-30 People to Asia/Africa/Europe Continents
You must have very good destination Knowledge - country, history, culture, religion, current affairs, environment
Detailed knowledge about accommodation/transport/restaurants/menu/shopping and sightseeing.
Assist and accompany guests in optional meals/activity/shopping
Ability to engage guests on fun activities/ party during tour
Ability to manage guest of diverse professional background, personality and culture
Knowledge in Visa/Immigration laws/Air ticketing
Can maintain daily expenditure, retain receipts and keep expenses within the trip budget provided.
Deal with customer issues and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction
Ability to handle unforeseen events and make alternate plans
Extremely good communication skill in English/Hindi/Regional language
You must be outgoing/extrovert with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in photography, music, first aid and certificate/training in tourism are added advantage.
