Work Round The Clock Which Means That We Are Into Rotational Shifts. We Work For 5 Days A Week And 9 Hours A Day Out Of Which 1 Hour Of Break And 8 Hours Of Production, 2 Weekly Offs, Which Can Be Spilt Or Consecutive Off. All New Joiners Need To Undergo A Session Of In House Training For A Period Of 2-4 Weeks.
