Role definition Responsibility for Assuring In-house Product Quality, Process Quality, Customer quality and System Quality, Sustainability and Supplier Quality

Responsibility and duties � Responsible for Quality department activities, covers documentation, control and implementation. For Incoming qaulity Process

� To plan and execute internal audits (Process, Product, and LPA) for proper documentation as per Quality standards. To cross check and verify that all products manufactured are according to technical standards.

� Daily planning & Coordination to assigned & control quality team as per work order.

� Coordination & control of in Process Inspection, In-coming Inspection, Final Inspection. Firewall Inspection,Through Dalily Product V/S Rejection Analysis for Injection Molding & Painting Product

� Analysis of data and continual improvement.

� Incoming, In process inspection, Pre-dispatch Inspection and process control.

� Recommend disposition of non-conforming products.

� Control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

� Provide Methodology of identification of material and its inspection status at incoming, In-process & final stage.

� To conduct MSA study.

� Identify, install and monitor Statistical techniques & Conduct SPC Study

� Corrective action on customer complaints & internal failures

� Prepare, issue and control of Quality Plans.

� Responsible for product and process change management.

� Arrange Daily DWM meeting for quality issues and for the status of the previous issues

� Monitoring of cost of quality.(COPQ)

� Preparation of QRM, SRM presentation.

� Monitoring of calibration of measuring instruments. Layout inspections(PIST),

� Periodical FMEA & Control plan review on taken actions.

� Supplier development (Supplier Audits, Improvement plan for Supplier Quality )

� PPAP documentation (Participate PPAP activity for new developed part and Verification of PPAP documents and
