Job Location: Kolkata Interviewer: Saurav Agarwal (Head-hunter) Date & Time: 4th - 6th September, 2014 Note:- Call us & get Informative Interview Tips & Training for Successful Selection before you appear for it. - Opening in International Non-Voice- Insurance & Health Care Process (Associate Level ONLY) - Should be able to analyze issues of customers over E-Mail & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction - Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills - Candidates should have excellent Typing speed (Minimum 25-30 WPM) & basic computing skills - Candidates should have good analytical and logical reasoning tests - Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational) - Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts, as per business requirement - Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age) - Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible. - Finance/Commerce Graduates (BCom, B.B.A, BBM & MCom) preferable for Non-Voice Process. - CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible - Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible - Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred - Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST - Ready to work in Night Shifts (Mon-Sat, between 11.00a.m-8p.m)
