We are a US based IT MNC requiring IT Technical Sales Executives/Managers for Gurgaon (Monthly Salary INR 20,000 to 40,000) for Technical Up-selling / Outbound Sales along with Outbound Sales Trainer for Gurgaon (monthly salary up to INR 40,000) who can be part of the operations team providing on job training to executives along with individually contributing to the team on the production floor. We require experienced IT/ITeS/BPO Professionals for Gurgaon in US/UK/AUS Outbound Technical Sales Process. Ours is the best company in the world in terms of salary and job satisfaction, 7 years old company in Gurgaon. Location will be DLF Gurgaon near Sikanderpur Rapid Metro Station. Job responsibilities are as follows:- -Direct Interaction with customers located in the USA/Canada over phone / remote connection / chat support (Inbound and Outbound). -New customer acquisition by making inbound and outbound calls. -Ensure that call standards are maintained with respect to greeting the customer, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion. -Should be able to understand the Scope of Support of the organization. -Handle pre-sales queries regarding the service and assist customer. -Handling/Managing irate customers. -Educate customers about the features and the benefits of the subscriptions to improve sales and customer satisfaction. -Enrolling customers for subscription and handle troubleshooting queries regarding computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware; update customers on latest information on the product or service. -Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. -Managing and updating customer database based on the troubleshooting performed during the session. -Up-sell appropriate products during the course of the call.
