Overview

Lead the & monitor the sales to achieve pre-set sales target. Will be responsible for handling Distributors and Key Partners. Identify and develop dealers/ system integrator as business partners all across Gujarat. Prepare marketing plans commensurate to seasons supporting. Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity. Conducting regular Business Reviews with TDs ND and SIs. Aggressively identify opportunities, develop focus, and provide tactical business solutions. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven. Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have. Provide technical and business support to the partners & Identification of new SIs. Attain quarter sales goals and categorize as mentioned by sales director. Material Planning, Scheduling & Forecasting. Sales Forecasting and Analysis& Achieving sales targets Analyzing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction working with customers. Expansion of Channel Network and monitor the current Channel Partners. Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity. Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitors practices and market status. Creating awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales and Revenues at the same time. Assessing feedback, evaluating and providing critical feedback on areas of improvements. Conducting competitors' analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve the market share
