Real Estate Investment Firm in Us Seeking Office Assistant / Property Manager On a Part Time Basis responsibilities: 1) Pay Bills Online /collect Payments from Clients/customers. 2) Work with Real Estate Agents / other Vendors On Property Management Issues. 3) Update the Owner 4) Balance Budget and Provide Reports Monthly/weekly. 5) Ordering and Procurement 6) Send Emails 7) Research Based On Instructions requirements: 1) Must have Bachelors Degree W/ Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel 3) Proficiency to Communicate in English to Clients in Usa 4) Should Be Available to Cover and Commit to Us Hours (9 am Est - 2 am Est) 5) Should Commit to the Job for a Minimum of 1 Year. 6) Work for 6 Hrs a Day. system Requirements: 1) Must have Pc with Good Internet Connection and Ms Office with Good Audio /video Capability
