We have opening the position of "Business Manager" and Business associates for all the districts of Jharkhand(Bokaro,giridih,hazaribagh) Their Role & Responsibilities are: -Anticipation, meet & convert associates to consistently achieve direct sales. -Recruit good quality Advisors by anticipating, identifying and sourcing good quality advisors through presentations, constant follow ups, collection of necessary documentation and ensuring attendance of the prospective Advisors in the training program me. -Train the Advisors through classroom and on the job training (on sales calls, doing presentations, etc) to help them achieve sales variables). -Achieve business Plan and implement achievement of sales month after month by setting individual targets for each of the Advisors in the team taking into consideration the Advisors potential and the total business target. Must have 1 year experience in sales
