Overview
The Story Begins in 1982, in the Breathtaking Coastal Village of Pulinkudi Near Vizhinjam, About 10 Km from Trivandrum, When Klaus Schleusener, a Professor At the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Transforms a Barren Hill Into the Insignia of Ancient Keralite Architecture and Calls It His Winter Abode. But the Universe Had Better Plans for It and in December 1986, It Was Converted Into a Hotel Called Surya Samudra - with Just One Room, Christened as the "octagon House".
