Overview
The position will include:
- Production/manufacturing of gelato, sorbetto and frozen desserts using artisan concepts and methods in traditional style recipes and with modern day equipment and manufacturing processes
- Production and inventory management of both raw materials and finished goods
- New product development and creation
- Quality assurance, costing and troubleshooting
- Cleaning and maintenance of related equipment and laboratory
- Development, maintenance and implementation of food safe and other processes and procedures
- Related administrative and other duties as required
