1. Financial statement analysis and commentary on financial performance of the counterparty. 2. Prepare financial spread, including forecasting and/or stress, test, to generate financial ratios and internal credit rating. Compasing both Industry / Business Research of large corporates. 3. Analyze companys financial performance which include; Past financial and business performance & Benchmark these against peers performance. 4. Project future performance of the company. 5. Conduct written credit analysis and recommend appropriate credit rating to Credit Officer for approval. 6. Closely monitor developments related to regulatory, industry, counterparty, external ratings and carry out appropriate action. 7. Analyse counterparty credit limits / facilities and documentation terms. 8. Peer Analysis and Benchmarking Should have a good knowledge of statistical tools and rating models. 9. Write reports / articles on industry / current affairs and corporate. 10. Manage team on SME reporting. 11. Acting as a conduit between business teams to develop new reports. 12. Assigns Ratings and prepare reports that cogently captures the rationale behind the rating. 13. Make credit rating recommendations to the Rating Committee. 14. Ensure adherence to timelines. 15. Maintain a high quality of analytics and rating committee presentation. 16. Client Management / Stakeholder Management. 17. Will be required to make power-point based presentations to management on MIS reporting. 18. Strive to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables.
