- have a Bachelor's Degree or Related Sales or Recruiting Experience
- Be Available to Work in Night Shifts
- Possess Strong Written and Oral English Communication Skills
- Be Familiar with Microsoft Word and Ms Outlook (or Similar Email Application).
- Qualified Candidates for the Sr.technical Recruiter Position Must Have:
- Hands On Understanding C2c, W2, 1099, Permanent and Contract Staffing
- Willing to Work Night Shifts (7 Pm - 4.30 am Ist)
- Knowledge About U.s Tax Terms ( W2 , 1099, Corp to Corp).
- Knowledge About Us Work Authorization (h1, Green Card, Ead, U.s Citizen, Tn Visa Etc.)
- Candidate with Min 1 Year Experience in the Capacity of a Technical Recruiter in Us Staffing Domain.
- Willing to Work in Night Shift (7:00 Pm Ist to 4:30 am Ist).
- Strong It Industry Knowledge and Technology Understanding Desired.
- Good to have H1b Sales Experience.
- Understanding About the Us Staffing Market for Both Fulltime and Contract Hiring.
- Good Communications Skills, Both Written and Oral.
