Is There Any Option To Customize The Candidate Status?
Yes, to offer ease and comfort to the employers and recruiters, PlacementIndia’s ATS EasyHire has come up with the option to manage and customize the candidate status icons. You can easily change colors of the icons to suit your needs.
- Scroll on the ‘Setting’ category on the top navigation bar.
- From the drop-down, select ‘Manage Candidates Status’. You will be redirected to the ‘Candidates Status’ page.
- On this page, you can select the status and click on the edit icon to customize the particular status.
- Add the title in the ‘Status Title’ box to update the new title of the status.
- Choose from the myriad of colors available in the color palette or add custom colors by clicking on the color next to the ‘Status Color’ option.
- You can also change the status of the candidate status by selecting from ‘Active’ and ‘Non Active’ from the drop-down. The active status would be visible on the drop-down when you wish to change the status of the candidate from the ‘Interview Details’ page. The statuses whose status has been changed to ‘Non Active’ would not be visible on the status drop-down.
- Once you have made the necessary changes to customize the candidate status icon, click on ‘Update’ to save the changes.
