How Do I Manage The Groups That I Have Added?

Once you have grouped the candidates into different groups based on the key skills, experience etc., PlacementIndia’s ATS EasyHire also enables you to manage these groups efficiently.

  • Reach the ‘My Groups’ page by clicking on ‘Manage Candidates Group’ under ‘Settings’ on the top navigation bar. 
  • Here, you can see the names of all the groups that you have added. Next to the group title, you can view the status of the group whether it is active, non-active or deleted. 
  • You can take actions like editing or deleting the group on this page. 
  • Click on the delete option shown by the ‘trash can’ next to the group title to delete the group from your list. 
  • The edit icon with ‘pen’ sign would allow you to edit the group title or status.
