How Can I View The Candidate Performance Report?
PlacementIndia makes it easy for you to view the complete report for the candidate performance for the interviews scheduled. You can easily have a full report of the status of each candidate against the interviews scheduled for each job posting.
- Click on ‘Reports’ in the top navigation bar.
- On the ‘Reports’ page, click on ‘Get Report’ under ‘Source Performance Report’. You will be redirected to the ‘Source Performance’ page.
- Select the jobs for which you want to view the status from the drop-down under ‘Jobs’.
- Next, choose the source of candidate whose report you want to see. You can choose from the candidates you have added, candidates that have applied through PI, candidates that have applied through catalog website, and candidates whose resumes you have downloaded from PlacementIndia.
- You can select the dates and click on ‘Submit’. The reports would be auto-generated.
- By clicking on the ‘Export Excel’ button on the top right of the page, you can also download the report in Excel form on your system.
