How Can I Manage The Inquiries I Receive From PlacementIndia?

Managing the inquiries received through PlacementIndia can be easily done through ATS EasyHire. This Application Tracking System simplifies the management of inquiries posted by seekers on the portal.

  • Scroll on the ‘More’ category on the top navigation bar. 
  • From the drop-down, select ‘Manage Inquiries’. You will be redirected to the ‘Inbox-Inquiries’ page. 
  • To view all the inquiries, select ‘All inquiries’. Select ‘Company inquiries’ to view the inquiries sent for your company by different consultants or job seekers. By selecting ‘Seeker Inquiries’, you can view all the inquiries made by the job seekers on PlacementIndia. 
  • You can go to inbox to view the inquiries you have received.
  • Here you view all the inquiries and select the inquiry you want to respond to. You can click on any inquiry to view the message that the inquiry carries. 
  • You will be redirected to the ‘Inquiry Detail’ page once you click on any particular inquiry in the inbox. 
  • Once you have read the message and other details sent along with the inquiry, you can type your message in the box below the ‘Reply’ icon. Click on send to send a reply to the seeker, employer or consultant, whoever has sent the inquiry.
