How Can I Add New Group For Clubbing Similar Candidates Together?
PlacementIndia’s ATS EasyHire allows the employers and consultants to group their candidates in different groups. Based on the key skills, job profile, experience, qualification etc., you can create groups to club the similar candidates together.
- Scroll on the ‘Setting’ category on the top navigation bar.
- From the drop-down, select ‘Manage Candidates Group’. You will be redirected to the ‘My Groups’ page.
- In the ‘Group Title’, add the name of the group you want to add.
- Next, you can select the status of the group whether it is ‘Active’ or ‘Non Active’. Active group means that it would be shown on the ‘Add New Candidate’ page. The Non-Active groups would not be visible here.
- Once you have added the title and the status of the group, click on ‘Add’ to add the new group.
