Does PlacementIndia Recommend Job Seekers For My Job Opening?
PlacementIndia offers the consultants a list of ‘Recommended Job Seekers’ that have been shortlisted from the resume database of the portal.
Open the ‘Job Detail’ page by selecting the particular job from the ‘Manage Job Listings’.
Under the job title, click on the ‘Recommended Seekers’. You will be redirected to the ‘Recommended Job Seeker’ page where you can view details or download resume of candidates that match your job details.
You can use the ‘Filter’ option to filter candidates based on the location, functional area, qualification, salary, experience, verification, and gender preference.
