The Eazy Tracker automates and manages, all the work from Shortlisting to Interview scheduling, upto 80% as it is very easy to use.

The total job applicants are categorised as follows:

SL : It depicts the candidates that have been shortlisted by you.
NA : It depicts the job applicants against whom you have not taken any action.
RJ : It depicts the candidates, whom you have marked as Rejected as they do not meet your job requirement.
AP : It depicts the applicants, whom you have Appointed.
Total : It specifies the total number of resumes received against the job posted by you.

Clicking on the number or the link, will show you a summary of all the resumes in that section.

A brief description of the applicants and their corresponding status as set by you can be viewed here.

The summary of all the resumes received for that post displayed will include:

Resume Number: Click to see detailed resume.

Age

Marital Status

Experience

Residential State/City

Brief Skills of the Applicant

Job Location Preference

Expected Salary

Date on which the job-seeker has applied to your job.

Status of the job-seeker as set by you. It can be Shortlisted, Rejected, No Action Taken, Interview Scheduled or Appointed.


Advance Search

The applicants can be filtered out on the basis of your requirements by making use of the Advanced Search option.

An absolute Time-Saver, you can filter out the job applicants without being bothered about studying the details of each and every resume. You can conduct search on the basis of:

Years of Experience

Age

Gender

Preferred State for the job seeker

Keywords.

Applicants Status: Where you can search on the basis of the status of job applicants, namely, All Job Applicants, Shortlisted, Rejected or No Action Taken.

Change Status

You could segregate the applicants by imparting a particular status to them, on a click of the "Change Status" button on the bottom of the page.

Status of an applicants can be set as :

Rejected

Shortlisted

No Action Taken.


The candidates that have been selected out by you on any particular criteria can either be sent out interview calls by using Schedule Interviews or just sent an intimation mail regarding the status by using the Mass Mailing feature.

Schedule Interviews

You can use this scheduler to set out the interview date, time and type.

The details involved in scheduling an interview include:

Type of interview, either Walk in or Telephonic.

Contact Person

Email

Phone

Date when the Interview will be conducted.

Time when the interview starts.

Interval speciefies the duration of the Interview.

Venue (in case of Walk-In Interview)

When the job applicant receives your mail, he/she can confirm his/her presence which be displayed to you against the status of that applicant.

Mass Mailing

A common mail to a specific category of applicants or all of them too, can be sent out without any hassles, by making use of this option.

Mails for walk-in, just an intimation requesting for more info., rejection letters, GD calls all made possible for you just at the click the "Send Mail to Job Applicants" button.

View Scheduled Candidates

The candidates for whom the interview had been scheduled can be got under this section in the following format.

Send Reminder: In case cofirmation has not been received from the job-seeker side till date, then you can also send Reminder mails to him/her.

View Interview Details: To view the complete Interview Details, that you have mailed to the job-seeker.

In case, the Interview date has lapsed, then you can also Re-Schedule the candidate (if he/she doesn't turn up for the interview on the said date) or set their status as Rejected or Appointed, depending upon the Interview Conducted.

Adding Comments to the resume

View the detailed profile of the applicant by clicking on his/her resume number in the Eazy Tracker.
On the page displayed, you can avail the following features:

dd a comment corresponding to the job applicant for future use or modify the existing one.

Set the status of the applicant as Shortlisted, Rejected or No Action Taken.


This feature enables you to identify each of the resume at a later stage as per the comment that has been provided by you.
