1. Making Drinks To Spec Recipe
2. Demonstrating Responsible Alcohol Service
3. Serving Food
4. Handling Cash & Other Forms Of Payment
5. Making Proficient Sales Using A Pos System
6. Properly Checking I.D.S For Guests Who Appear To Be Under 30 Years Old To Ensure Age Of Majority.
7. Maintaining Proper Cash Drawer Balances
8. Suggestive Selling / Upselling
9. Maintaining A Clean And Organized Bar Area
10. Maintaining Proper Product Stock Through Maintaining Inventories.
11. Stocking Liquor, Beer, Wine And Glassware Throughout The Shift
12. Properly Labeling, Dating, Covering And Refrigerating Items For The Bar
13. Maintaining A Proper 3-Compartment Sink Properly Sanitizing Equipment, Utensils, And Glassware
14.
