- Scope of managing end to end recruitment
- To find suitable talent as per clients requirements from different portals, reference, job postings, head hunting
- To screen matching profiles to the requirements and understand their interest to process them to client
- Thorough scrutinising / analysis of the profile before share it to client, either through telephone interview, Skype OR Personal interactions
- Schedule interviews of the candidates with clients, constant follow up till interview happen with client
- To negotiate, if requires with client and candidate, convince both the parties to fulfil the requirement
- To follow up to know whether candidate is doing well, ensure that candidate is doing well
- Ensure and build very good rapport with candidates to seek references in future
- To achieve defined target and company's objective
