Job Description: Looking for Technical sales executives provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and support about products. They are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products. Essential Functions : 1. Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet. 2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. 3. Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Skills And Knowledge Qualification : 1. Proper phone etiquette. 2. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately. 3. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment. 4. Effective listening skills.
