It is in Charge of Seeking Out Suppliers that Will Be Able to Effectively Meet Cost, Margin and Timely Delivery Requirements. Buyers Then Negotiate Product Purchase Conditions, Price and Quality. They Control the Proper Supply of Products Based On Inventory Levels.
