Overview
As a Head of the department, you will have the following main responsibilities:
Technical Subject Matter Expert
Technical Lead for development & deployment; final decision maker for technical questions and issues.
Develops and presents technical scope and baselines Solution Architecture & Engines.
Other Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, deploy and maintain scalable, highly available, modular software products in the cloud
Drive continual improvement to system architecture
Produce high quality code in an agile environment
Advocate and deliver on programming best practices and standards like code reviews, unit and functional testing
Highly motivated and a great team lead
Excellent communication skills
Skills / Roles I hire for
Technical Skills: • 3+ years of software development experience with expertise in .net C#. • Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices. • Extensive experience with traditional SQL databases and APIs. • Experience with Web Services (SOAP and/or REST) • Must have developed middle-tier or backend apps for web applications. • Very strong coding skills in a high level programming language like C#.NET and PHP. • Very strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
