Answer calls and respond to emails

Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up Customer calls where necessary
Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Produce call reports
Explain Products and Services to potential customers
Deliver and Adjust Sales pitch to customers
Provide Pricing Details
Handle customer queries.
