Title: HR Recruiter Location: Pandav Nagar (Near Mother Dairy) Duration: Fulltime The Job Description is as follows: - Searching candidates from the relevant portal and other sources of candidate. - Lining up candidates for interview - Develop & updating of Job descriptions by coordinating with head of departments. Preparing job specification according to the requisition - Responsible for drafting recruitment advertisements and selection of media. - Conducting telephonic interview and initial screening of candidates. - Scheduling interviews with department heads and calling candidates for interview. - Coordinating with the recruitment tests and interview process. - Managing the recruitment database and interview filing system, - 0-1 years of relevant experience HR Govind Jha
