Job Description: 1. Database Mining - Adding and increasing the database 2. Data Collation and Management - Putting data as per structure and manage data as per pre described formats 3. Data Analytics - Analyze data and create analytical summaries 4. Analytic Reports and MIS - Create business intelligence reports to support sales, marketing, management and market information 5. Create and enforce policies for effective data management 6. Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data 7. Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects 8. Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with management, external stakeholders etc. 9. Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards 10. Assist with reports and data extraction when needed 11. Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.) 12. Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses 13. Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
