1) Extensive experience in troubleshooting and system configuration.
2) Willing to work in US shift timings and handling customer call and providing solutions with in stipulated SLA remotely.
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Working experience on remote application like Team Viewer, Cisco
5) Candidate should have own laptop, desktop.
Job requirement:-
1) Extensive experience on Windows family operating system ( WIN 7, WINXP, WIN 2000) and Other operating system like MAC, Linux (optional)
Experience on Installation, upgrade, support, troubleshooting.
2) Good knowledge on configuration and maintaining Backup solution
Maintaining Backup at cloud and restore.
3) Good knowledge on Disk management
Disk optimization
Disk clean up
Removing bad sectors from hard disk remotely.
System speedup and performance tuning for fast processing (remotely)
4) Knowledge on Installation of software for various useful application & programs, Device-drivers and thorough Antivirus installation and server up to date service and virus cleanup from system.
Like:-MS office, Adobe, Auto desk, printer installation, MS-outlook, Outlook express
