Job Responsibilities: tendering 1) Developing a Plan On How to Structure An Organization's Document System. 2) Standardize the Documentations. 3) Prioritize the Work. 4) Search Tender from Website, News Paper, other Sources. 5) Preparation of Synopsis of the Tender, Take Necessary Approval from Hod/management to Participate in the Tender. 6) Preparation of Mou and Signing of Mou in Coordination with Legal Department and Client. 7) Preparation of Documents as per Clients Requirement to Participate in the Tender. 8) Commercial and Legal Understanding of the Tender. 9) Coordinating with Relevant Departments for Production, Technical, Financial and Legal Documents. 10) Prepare Price Proposal By Addition of Taxes, Duties, Levies Etc in Excel Sheet. 11) Price Proposal Put Up to Management. 12) Proactive in Tender Document Preparation. 13) Submission of Tender Documents to Client Online or Offline. 14) Put Up Tender Opening Result to Management. 15) Follow Up for Tender Award Status. 16) Provide Market Data of Competition and Work On Market Intelligence. 17) Coordinate with Estimation Department for New Estimates. 18) Preparation of Gnat Charts and Bar Charts registration 1) Registration with Clients (govt. & Private) for Supply of New/existing Products. 2) Preparation of all Necessary Documents for Registration and Coordinating with Relevant Departments for Organizing the Documents. 3) Coordinating with Client for Registration Process. 4) Submission of Tender Documents to Client Online or Offline. 5) Follow Up for Registration Status. 6) Circulation of Registration Certificate. post Contract 1) After Receipt of Draft Contract Take Necessary Comments from Relevant Department (marketing, Finance, Accounts, Legal, Technical, Production ) and Highlight Critical Clauses to Management 2) Commercial Understanding of the Tender. 3) An Understanding of the Litigation Process Including the Stages of a Lawsuit 4) Understand the Specifics of the Case or Project to Make Intelligent Decisions Regarding the Production of Documents. in Addition to An Understanding the Applicable Law, It is also Important that the Reviewer is Well-versed in the More Nuanced Aspects of the Project or Case. this May Include An Understanding of Key Words and Phrases and How Information Fits Into the Overall Case Strategy. 5) Acceptance of Contract 6) Preparation of Internal Works Contract 7) Circulation of Contract to Respective Departments 8) Documentation of Rdso/rites for Rdso File Opening 9) Coordination with Finance for Paying Charges to Rdso/rites for Rdso File Opening. 10) Organizing all Documents from Client and Internal for Rdso File Opening. 11) Preparation of Production Planning and Monitor the Same 12) Letters to Client for Delivery Period Extension and other Issues 13) Maintaining Proper Records/filing. 14) Coordinate with Plant to Send all Relevant Information to Customer After Supply of Products. other Skills Required : - Analyze Commercial Implication On Our Company of the Information Furnished in the Tender. - Should Be Well Conversant in Advance Level Functions of Ms Excel/word/powerpoint. - Preparation of Gnat Charts & Bar Charts.
