The West Bengal University of Health Sciences

Applications are invited from amongst the Nursing personnel for the post of 1) Principal 2) Professor 3) Reader 4) Senior Lecturer & 5) Clinical Instructor of University College of Nursing & JNM Hospital, Kalyani, Nadia under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Initial appointment will be made on full time contractual basis for six months on consolidated renumeration. After expiry of contractual period, they may be considered for regular posting against sanctioned posts and shall be on probation ordinarily for a period of one year from the date of appointment as per University Rules. Reservation Rules of Govt. of West Bengal will be strictly followed for recruitment of all categories of posts. Qualifications : i) M.Sc. Degree in Nursing and at least 08 years experience after acquiring M.Sc. Degree out of which 05 years in teaching assignment. ii) Knowledge of Bengali - Spoken & Written Application Fees : Candidates must submit application fee amounting to Rs. 500/- for General Candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST & OBC candidates through DD or Bank Challan in the name of The West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Age : 55 years as on 1st April on the date of advertisement. Relaxable by University for otherwise well qualified candidates. NB : Retired Nursing Teacher Faculties may apply upto the age of 65 years.
