Positions-sales Executive location-ahmedabad/ Surat/ Vadodara department sales & Marketing job Summary is Responsible for Building Business By Identifying and Selling Product to Prospects, Maintaining Relationships with Clients for Recurring Business. key Responsibilities -to Identify Potential Customers, Create and Close New Business Opportunities in Line with the Strategic Direction of the Company. -selling Products By Establishing Contact and Developing Relationships with Prospects, Recommending Solutions. -accomplishing Sales Targets -maintain Relationships with Clients By Providing Support, Information, and Guidance, Researching and Following New Opportunities for Sales. -prepare Reports By Collecting, Analyzing and Summarizing Information and Reporting to the Bdm. -attending the Fortnight Meeting with the Bdm and Sum Up the Performance. -maintain Quality Service By Establishing and Enforcing the Companys Standards. -work as a Team and Accomplish Sales Target with Ethics & Compliance. measures of Success -target Achievements By Sales of Workshop Passes, Books & Cds. -daily Sales Targets. -persistency in Penetration of the Market. -process Compliance -timeliness & Accuracy of Reports -collection (plan Vs Actual) -complaint Resolution of Customer (if Any) desired Qualifications and Experience -graduate Preferably with An Mba Degree -min. 1-3 Years Experience in Sales. -candidates with D2d or Direct Selling Experience Preferred. knowledge / Skills / Abilities -familiarity with the Local Market. -ability to Convince Prospect with a Flare in Spoken & Written Local Language Including English. -result Orientation -leadership Ability -disciplined, Structured & Process Driven.
