Overview
1) Handling & Reporting to supervisor(s) regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress related to Machine
2) Running wire drawing machine (including setting ,pointing,welding,threading etc)
3) Recording the result of daily production in production log book .
4) Utilizing optimum efficiency of machine to get good results .
5) Carry out process related maintenance work .
6) In case of loss of power or breakdown , recovery of NCP into other grades .
7) Maintaining good housekeeping near to machine and clean up machine parts after every work procedure.
8) At the end of shift machine cleaning and hand over to next shift /
9) As when required polishing of dies .
10) Weighing of Finish goods ,tagging, coiling ,packing .
11) Set all machine operation information such as speed, size and shape into machine before it begins running.
