Designation: Client Relationship Manager
Experience- 3-5 Years
Salary Negotiable (2 to 4 lpa)
Location Delhi-North
Key Job Responsibility Area:-
-Improve Customer Service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth.
-Coordinate with internal team for customer queries and try to resolve the issues ASAP.
-Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution.
-Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
-Recommend management routinely of tribulations and opportunities trying to resolve issues and improve growth prospects.
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Maintain an orderly work flow according to priorities.
