Company - E-Commerce Based under Sistema Function - Sales Sub Function - Client Relationship Management Location - Bangalore Job Description: Responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships in the market Design & implement strategic business plan in expanding clients base and ensure strong presence in the market Hands on experience in handling Client escalations and liaising wisely Responsible for meeting sales and revenue targets assigned New Customer Acquisition through Lead Generation and external Database sources. Exposure towards market Analysis, trends and technology Also holds Responsible for generating more leads from different sources Responsible to design plans to achieve the company goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses. Preferred Skills from Candidate: Excellent English Communication Skills Familiar with Hindi & Kannada languages Comfortable in travelling across Bangalore Professional qualification - Bachelors Degree or MBA Overall experience 2 - 8 years of Client Relationship Management Excellent understanding and listening skills with clients Strong decision making abilities Familiarity with CRM software / Technologies Two / Four Wheeler would be preferred.
