Job Description:
Doing software installations and updating softwares with patches & updates.
Collect Payments (cheques & credit card swipe)& Purchase Orders.
Resolve the customer technical issues by visiting customer premises.
Monitors and tracks all service calls, provides call status updates at regular intervals and communicates status to customers
Maintain the daily track on the visits and prioritize the complaints based on the supervisor instruction.
Maintain Customer satisfaction on the complaint resolution.
Provide timely resolution to customer reported issues
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

Salary: Rs. 6,000/- to 12,000/-. Salary hike will be provided as per the Experience & Current CTC.
