He need to be responsible for Salesmen & Distributor capabilities for market extraction - acquisitions and revenue.

Product: Broadband ,WiFi & Set Top Box
Key accountability:
Primary:
- Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market geography - Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
- Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution & trade relationships
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross & tertiary
Distribution management:
- Expands Distribution Network including achieving targeted number of distributors, expanding existing number of Active R/Os, expansion from current status of SIM Outlets and expansion in current status of Activation outlet base.
- Revenue target achievement
People management:
- Manages Distribution by adhering to norms for recharge/
- Claims/Reports
Relationship building:
- Maintains healthy relations with Premium/A+ Distributors and key retailers by conducting minimum one relationship activity per quarter.
- Ensure Distributor ROI between 30% and 50%.
