JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Give a welcome call to the customers.
*Assure customers to provide them best services at right time.
*To provide best offers according customers requirement.
*Resolve their query or complaint wisely.
*Handle the Team unit of Engineers.
*Assign the sites of the customers to the engineers.
*Make sure engineers will do the smart job to satisfy the customers
*Ensure them will not having complaint back about the services.
*Take the feedback from the customers about the provided services to them
*Approach to customers for having best offers and packages of the service center.
*Provide fully information about packages or offers to the customer.
*Build up good relationship with the customers as well as with the team.
*Maintain data daily or weekly wise.
*Cross check with the engineers team about their duties to the customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum graduate with any stream
Should be comfortable to work in noida sec-71 location
Must be having good comms skills
EXP: 6 months to 4 years
Salary as per norms
Should have knowledge of Computer MS Office and Excel
Drafting Mail and response of mail also
Expert to handle or manage the Team
Male/Female both are preferable
