Overview
Position: Manager/HOD - Purchase.
Experience: 3 - 6 years.
Location:- Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduates.
(Experience in E-commerce industry candidates preferred).
Job Description:
1. Purchasing policy and planning
2. Vendor Development, Finalization of Rate Contracts
3. Logistics & and Supply Chain Management for all purchases
4. Tracking and order processing
5. Coordination with Vendors and to prepare comparison sheets
6. Assessing vendor performance based on pre-defined criteria
7. Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
8. Administration and reporting as necessary
9. Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
10. Stock and materials management
11. Warehousing, distribution, shipping management (if applicable, or effective liaison with these functions/departments)
12. Ensuring all Commercial Documentation and maintenance of entire process
13. Packaging and transport regulatory awareness, compliance and information communication
Requirement:
1. Good knowledge of IT products / Mobiles / Electronics, Indian and international
2. Capable of handling multiple activities.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Good experience in Vendor Management and Team Handling Experience .
